![]() ![]() Start.exe does it's thing of hiding in my task list doing sweet FA. no start menu shortcut, no desktop shortcut. So I decided to avoid the autorun screen entirely and go straight to the Setup folder where I found setup.exe. Put into compat mode for Windows XP SP3 (and earlier versions) but nothing. Start.exe appears in task view but does nothing. I have managed to complete the installation, but I'm having problems actually launching the game.Here's my report so far: But the nostalgia! The feels! This is a valid CD version of the game - not an illegal download! I know, I know, it's so old and Windows 10 is so new, you can't expect it to work. I'm trying to get the very first Sims game working on Windows 10. This is my first day in this sub, so please be kind!
